Urgent Care Exam

Required for all visits. Includes a thorough physical examination by our veterinarian.

Diagnostic Testing

Types of bloodwork can vary from basic to comprehensive. Bloodwork may evaluate your pet's liver and kidney function, blood sugar, white blood cell count, and electrolytes like potassium.

X-rays evaluate for bone fractures, chest or abdominal masses, foreign material ingestion, and more.

Pricing is standard regardless of pet size, though sedation may incur additional costs.

Focused ultrasound is used to look for abnormal fluid in the chest or abdomen, large masses, intestinal foreign bodies, fetal structures, and more. This is an ultrasound looking for major problems rather than subtle concerns.

Medical Treatment

Includes testing for parvo virus. Treatment for parvo may include anti-nausea medication, fluid therapy, and antibiotics.

Scratches or abrasions to the cornea can cause squinting, eye redness, and pain. Treatment may include eye drops, pain control, and an e-collar.

Includes diagnostic testing.

Ear infections may cause head shaking, foul odor, and ear discharge. Treatment may include ear medications and anti-inflammatories.

Upset stomachs may have many potential causes. Treatment may include anti-nausea medication, fluid therapy, and foods or medications to address diarrhea.

Allergic reactions may cause facial swelling, hives, itching, and vomiting. Treatment may include anti-histamines, steroids, and anti-nausea medication.

This is a common life-threatening emergency in male cats. Pets must be treated aggressively with pain control, urinary catheterization, and fluid therapy.

Includes urinalysis, bloodwork testing, and initial hospitalization.

Surgical Procedures

Dog bite wounds and other injuries may require sutures placed under anesthesia, pain control, antibiotics, and anti-inflammatories.

Abscesses may cause fever and pain, and may require opening and draining under sedation. Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications may be prescribed.

An eye may need surgical removal due to trauma, glaucoma, or chronic pain. Anesthesia is required for this procedure.

Pricing varies based on your pet's size and the severity of their symptoms. The lower end reflects treatment without diagnostic testing, while the higher end includes a more comprehensive diagnostic workup.

Ingestion of foreign objects may lead to bowel obstruction which is a life-threatening emergency.

Bloat, or rotation of the stomach, is common in large breed dogs and is a life-threatening emergency.

Pyometra is infection of the uterus in non-spayed females. Surgery involves removal of the uterus and ovaries, and thus the source of infection. This can be a life-threatening emergency in severe cases.

Amputation of the front or back leg may be recommended due to trauma or tumors of the bone.
